Frizz Prevention through the Right Towel

Not all towels are created equal

The secret to preventing those dreaded bad hair days seems to resemble a never-ending quest. When most creams and serums turn out to be nothing but empty promises hiding behind fancy overpriced containers and long complicated words.

Everyday consumers spend hundreds of dollars to tame unruly locks that just won’t behave. Without a doubt no matter how small the application size and frequency of use these products can still add up to astronomical prices. Suddenly, it’s not just scalping build up to be dealt with, but a hallow bank account and burnt out credit cards.

What if there was an easier way to prevent frizz and knots?

Could the secret to gorgeous hair lie in the most unexpected of places? One of the components of beautiful hair in an element that is more often than not overlooked.

What’s this secret weapon that’s hiding in plain sight? It’s none other than the towel. Not any towel, but those made of microfiber material to be exact.

When coming out of the bath the last thing anyone would do is dry their skin, but scraping or rubbing it so hard damage ensues. The same concept pretty much goes for wet hair. Handling hair too roughly, could easily result in knots, split ends and broken strands. If this reckless treatment is continued often enough the worst case scenario of ultimate hair loss is bound to occur.

These towels by the world’s leader in beauty, Sephora is bound to not only leave your hair gorgeous and full of body. But, they save you hundreds even thousands of styling products as well.

Deva Curl DEVATOWEL™ Anti-Frizz Microfiber Towel ($20.00) https://www.sephora.com/product/devatowel-anti-frizz-microfiber-towel-P404778?icid2=recommended%20for%20you:p404778:product: No longer is sleek straight hair they only type to be classified as frizz and tangle free. More and more individuals are celebrating the uniqueness and beauty of their curls and wavy locks. Nevertheless, looking prim and polished is a lot more difficult when strands at first glance don’t appear to look neat and uninformed at first glance.

One of the keys to keeping curls frizz free and full of body are all in the drying process. Otherwise known as gently soaking up the hair’s moisture through high-quality micro fabric material capable of absorbing high quantities of water. As opposed to roughly tugging and ringing out locks.

These mundane actions may end up causing more harm than good. Thus, affect the overall outcome of any styling session. Plus, who can beat the benefits and the price?

VIDEO Peek into the Alleyways of Agra

Anand Bhatt Celebrity Wall

Watch the Vid! We hopped off our rickshaw to explore around some of the tiny alleyways by foot (only a person could squeeze through).  It’s amazing how much action goes on in those little things!

VIDEO The Himalayas – Sunrise on the Mountains from Tiger Hill

We woke up at 3:30AM to go up to Tiger Hill, all bundled up because it is COLD, especially in the Himalayas.  The sunrise is pretty awesome though, not as good as random red sun sunrises you’d see just driving around in the farming parts of India or above the Ganga in Varanasi but pretty cool nonetheless.  I suppose the standing in the freezing cold for so long diminishes it a bit 😉 😉  BUT captured it on video!  We were also hoping to see a little of Mt. Everest from up here and the rising sun shine on Mt. Kanchenjunga.

Return to India – Seeing Qutub Minar

Qutab Minar is a soaring, 73 m-high tower of victory, built in 1193 by Qutab-ud-din Aibak immediately after the defeat of Delhi’s last Hindu kingdom.   While it should be a sad monument for most in India – signifying India’s inability to Not be taken over and enslaved by every culture that visits it – Indian don’t feel that way.  And you can see why, it’s amazing.  The Qutub complex is right up there with the Taj Mahal as some must sees in India (The Taj Mahal also a symbol of Mughal rule and the bankruptcy of the Indian people).  In fact most of North India seems to be either Mughal or British, and parts of the South seem Portuguese.  Or currently American.  Historically and currently Indians don’t seem to like their freedom very much BUT I digress on my politics.  Foreign tourists never seem to notice (or care) but as an Indian-American it is Impossible for me not to empathize and be brought down by some things here — but I’ll try to hold back ;).  Personally, I’d demolish all of Delhi, Darjeeling, Banglore and the like and replace it all with giant Shiva statues ;).  But I’d also make McDonalds and Starbucks illegal so Indian brands could thrive – and Indians prob wouldn’t like that very much.  They love foreign stuff.  So relax if you’re offended, I don’t see them voting me Prime Minister anytime soon 😀 .

Don’t get me wrong, India is a magical place – but it is also magically depressing to see an entire ethnicity so mired in suffering due to lack of self respect & their unending attempts to ingratiate themselves to other cultures for so many thousands of years that they don’t even know a life without hardship is possible and right there in front of them.  So let’s focus on the beauty of India and not its history nor current state – Qutub Minar looks awesome!
