The Key to Great Latte Froth is Beef Protein

Yeah I said!  I know, not something for vegetarian days, but this discovery is Amazing! I stumbled upon it on accident actually.

I was using Pure Clean’s Beef Protein Powder as a creamer of sorts because 1) It tastes surprisingly good in coffee and tea and 2) I needed some collagen today.

This particular protein powder doesn’t mix all that well, the collagen separates out into clumps pretty quickly (although they taste good somehow both flavor and texture-wise – seriously, no joke).     So, I was mixing it a little more vigorously to blend it better when it started to foam a bit.    THEN IT HIT ME!

I used my Zulay Milk Frother on it!   Guess what, it foamed like you wouldn’t believe!! Better than ANY cafe I’ve ever been to, and that is globally.  You’ve got to try it to believe it.
