Just because it’s cooling down doesn’t mean it’s smooth sailing from here on out. The sun may no
longer be blazing. But, the changing seasons, allergies and particles are about to converge on the skin
like their own personal smorgasbord.
Most people associate allergies and breakouts with spring time pollen. After all, there’s nothing worse
than nature’s bounty to make you itch and sneeze. What isn’t commonly known are the pesky allergies
that can come along with the changing leaves and temperatures of autumn.
The flowers may not be in bloom, but you can bet ragweed is all the rage…
To make things worse is impossible to avoid its hazardous effects. After all, not only is ragweed in the
air, but it constantly lingering on the fruits and veggies we need to consume on a daily basis.
So much for these so-called healthy food groups carrying nothing but positive effects. But like a double
edge sword your damned if you do consume them which can result in a pesky case of sneezing and
breakouts. As well as being damned if you don’t, after all, there’s no denying their ever-essential anti
bodies during the dreaded flu season.
