Anorexia doesn’t work. P90X does, but it takes 90 days. So for many many many many years we’ve all relied on what is known as the ECA stack. ECA = Ephedrine + Caffeine + Aspirin. It is dangerous, but it works. So dangerous that ephedrine is not readily available in the United States. Over the years we’ve tweaked the ratios of the ingredients to maximize both rapid fat loss and safety, and have also learned that strength training works better than cardio when on this stack (not just for safety reasons but it actually speeds up results somehow and helps with the rebound weight gain when awards season is over).
But this year, I’m trying something new. And it is Awesome. The fat disappears, increased energy/enthusiasm to breeze through a daily P90X workout, and no jitters/insomnia/harsh come downs or mood swings that the ECA stack is known for.
So what’s my new stack you ask?
