However, potlucks give guests the ability to dodge the bullet when it comes to regretting the feast the next morning. It’s hardly a difficult task since they can control the ingredients which on into the dishes.
After all isn’t it easier to eat your fill when these indulgences contain little to no mystery ingredients?

It’s pretty straightforward actually bigger plates with less food are perceived by the brain to mean that the body needs a lot more to feel full. So, the simple solution to this debacle is filling a smaller salad plate, as opposed to choosing to go with a much larger dinner plate.
