I just figured out my new favorite pick me up! So good I think I’m going to make it an official Rock Star Recipe. It’s a High Protein Matcha Latte.
Here’s how to make it:
You’ll need just two ingredients –
- Powdered Matcha (I use Ito En brand @ https://amzn.to/3q8VpBW )
- Four Sigmatics Plant-Based Protein Powder (Sweet Vanilla flavor @ https://amzn.to/47i9bTc )
Instructions:
- Put a teaspoon of Matcha powder into your mug.
- Add only A LITTLE water for now, then whisk with a fork like you’re beating an egg for 10 seconds! (you can also use a matcha brush if you have one).
- Add 1/2 a scoop of the Plant-Based protein powder.
- Fill the rest of the mug up with water and stir until smooth and fully blended.
And ENJOY! The reason this is so amazing is that that that specific protein powder has coconut protein, pumpkin seed protein, pea protein, a stellar mushroom blend, and ashwagandha to boost your mood. That and it mixes well without having to use a blender or shaker. Ashwagandha + the natural theanine in the Matcha is a power house!
