LATINDIAN STYLE DORITO PIE

LATINDIAN STYLE DORITO PIE
Nothing like a Latin+Indian Fusion Dorito Pie!  I only get to eat this on my diet cheat days, but it is SO good.  I enjoy Dorito Pie because it combines the crunchy texture of Doritos with the savory flavors of many cuisines. You can get really creative with it, and it is hard to go wrong. My Latindian Style verion brings together the unique flavors, spices, and cooking techniques from two distinct culinary cultures. The fusion of these flavors creates a a crazy taste bomb that is different from traditional d-pies.  Feel free to experiment with new ingredients and spices – it is super fun to combine the best aspects of both cultures.

In addition, when serving this pie at a gathering, people seem enjoy the cultural exchange that happens when two different cuisines come together – a Latindian Style Dorito Pie allows everyone to challenge their palates, and to experience the best of of both cuisines in a single dish.  I might try a Tandoori one next!
