Spending time lounging around the mall whether to pick up something in particular or simply to window shop was once a regular past time for people from all walks of life. Now it seems that the convenience brought upon by the Internet has turned this once leisurely activity into something too strenuous. Could it really be impossible to fit it into our busy schedules? Or is there something more to the phenomenon of this once relaxing activity taking on the persona of a necessity?

As we saw from last night’s Latindian Style event, a surprising amount of people preferred to attend the event Through Their Phones. That’s right , not even TVs or Laptops — Mobile! A Lot of iPhones to be exact.  (see for yourself http://smarturl.it/RSVPlatindianstyle ).  They did everything from ordering drinks to making instant purchases -all without leaving the couch.  And everyone is happier for it.   But what about Department Stores?
